The simulation provided here follows the basic outline set
forth by David Koch in a stand-alone simulation he constructed for the
Macintosh computer system
Use the appropriate buttons. Do not press the
"Enter" key. The "Enter" key will
not signal to the web browser to begin the calculations.
Enter or change numbers only in the appropriate boxes.
Several of the boxes will experience "automatic entry" when
the appropriate buttons are selected.
Complete all "calculations" in order from the top of the
page to the bottom. Some of the earlier results will be used
in later calculations.
