The present page contains a catalog of models of irradiated accretion disks around pre-main sequence stars by D'Alessio et al. (1998,1999,2001). Radial profiles of the detailed vertical structure and synthetic SEDs can be browsed and downloaded from this catalog.

The present web page is described in detail in D'Alessio et al. (2004, click here for a pdf, or gzipped ps, format of the paper). Here we just mention that the model includes the disk heating by stellar radiation (considered in a shorter wavelength regime respect to the disk own radiation field), viscous dissipation (using the alpha prescription), and ionization by energetic particles (cosmic rays and radioactive decay). The energy of the disk model is transported by radiation, convection and a turbulent alpha flux. The disk is assumed axisymmetric, with gas and dust well mixed. The opacity is calculated taking into account both dust and gas. For the gas, the populations of selected molecules are calculated assuming LTE. For the dust, we explore different grain size distributions.

A complete grid of models is presented for different central stars with effective temperatures going from 4000 K ( spectral type K7 ) to 10000 K ( spectral type B9.5 ) and ages going from 1 Myr to 10 Myr (Ages, luminosities and stellar radii from Siess et al PMS tracks). The disk models have a range of values for the outer radius, mass accretion rate, viscosity parameter alpha, slope of dust distribution, maximum grain size and inclination angle with respect to observer.
